Preparation for the Showcase
This professional workshop will include a selection of performance materials tailored to best showcase each person's unique talent. It will also include instruction and tools to prepare actors for the best possible performance.
This is a special opportunity for serious actors to meet and perform for casting directors, managers and agents from New York, LA and Texas without leaving Houston! Enrollment is subject to a successful qualifying audition. This class requires a high level of commitment and focus.
As another showcase nears, the Kim Terry Studio will offer orientations for interested actors and their families.
Importance of the Showcase
The entertainment industry is always seeking new faces and new talent. This includes children as well as adults. Not everyone wants to move to LA or New York to have a chance to be discovered and to work in TV and Film. In this day it is possible to still have the opportunity to audition for parts in those markets and to still maintain residence in Houston.
